Every five years, the leadership of HB NEXT has a gathering in celebration of its employees from Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. This year, Founder and CEO, Mark Hornbuckle hosted the party on July 20 at Legacy Lodge at Lake Lanier Islands. Their new Chairman of the Board, 100 employees and their partners, key suppliers and vendors, and select business partners received invitations to the event.

We’ve worked intimately with Mark Hornbuckle for the past six years. Mark was the construction manager for Holder Corporation for years and was responsible for building Concourse E at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and a couple of really big-time highlighted buildings downtown in his earlier career.

It was great to celebrate the anniversary of the company and be present to see Mark receive his 20-year employee award. 

Glenn Goad, the newly appointed Chairman of the Board for HB NEXT, co-founder of nQue, and owner of EarthLink, was the guest speaker. He spoke with the group about upcoming opportunities in the marketplace for HB NEXT.

The event wrapped up several folks speaking on behalf of Mark. Co-founder of HB NEXT, Tony Middlebrooks talked to the group about the relationships built over the years and the formation of the company in combination with Mark.
