Trusted CFO Solutions is proud to announce that our client Atlanta Classical Academy (ACA) has successfully transitioned to Sage Intacct.

ACA, a non-profit charter school, has successfully transitioned all their historical data to Sage Intacct, using Multi-Dimensional Data Conversion Solution (MDCS). This workflow quickens and eases transitions on historical data when transitioning to Sage Intacct.

ACA was using QuickBooks online, but due to a poorly designed chart of accounts, their team had to perform extensive work outside Quickbooks. After learning they could meet their goal of gaining visibility of live data without manual time or effort and achieve the capacity to sort data in various ways, ACA was ready to change.

After a seamless transition, ACA is now free from Quickbooks, has visibility to all their historical data, and can use that data to create reports in ways that were not available when using QB’s. The icing on the cake, they no longer have to visit their legacy system.
