Photos From The Grand Opening Of Two ‘Fork U’ Concept Restaurants

Recently, Deborah Schwartz Griffin joined the owners and guests in this restaurant opening celebration. Fork U Concepts, dba Stockyard Burgers and Bones and Taqueria Tsunami (Latin Asian Fusion) sister concepts, just opened their 3rd Stockyard Burgers & Bones and 6th Taqueria Tsunami as co-branded stores in Sandy Springs with a Friends & Family night Monday, November 6th 2017 and Grand Opening Tuesday, November 7th.

From the owners, co-founders, Alexis & Scott Kinsey, Ex. Chef as their Director of Operations, Larry Ricca their cuisine is sure to please. This latest venture and dual concept is 9,986 square feet and offers an option to dine at either location. Between the two concepts, the company hired 100 new employees encompassing management, kitchen staff, servers, hosts, expos, and dishwashers.

Expect Stockyard Burgers & Bones, and Taqueria Tsunami to open in early 2018 at the Avenues East Cobb.
